At the present time, shipping is only available in the United States.
Service is not available for items shipped to PO boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
Once payment is received from your credit card issuer, merchandise that is in stock will be shipped via UPS or USPS within 3 business days. Please allow 3-10 days for standard mail. If your merchandise is on back order, your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are sent to you. You will receive an email once we have shipped your merchandise.

How do I wash and care for the clothing?
We suggest that you wash the clothes in cold water and tumble dry low.
What is your policy for returns and/or exchanges?
If you are not completely satisfied with your on line purchase from GirlFlex, you may return the garment for exchange. If your garment is no longer available, we will offer you a credit towards another piece or refund your money.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit or refund will be issued. Any and all refunds will be for the price of the merchandise plus any taxes charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges).
If you received the wrong size, color or style, we will gladly exchange the product for free and pay the shipping charges.
Your online orders must be physically returned to GirlFlex, LLC within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Once the garment has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains, sweat, traces of dirt or pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with hang tags attached.
You are responsible for return postage and all shipping charges on returned merchandise. However, if you choose to do an exchange we will ship those items and any additional items, free (within the United States). This offer is extended once for each order with paid shipping.
We suggest that you ship your returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). Please make sure this number is visible on the outside of the package. Girlflex, LLC is not responsible for any lost returns.

Yes, we offer a 40% discount to qualified personal trainers and instructors of all kinds of exercise classes. Please contact us so that we can verify your status as a personal trainer or class instructor.
