Terms of SaleIf you are not completely satisfied with your on line purchase from GirlFlex, you may return the garment for exchange. If your garment is no longer available, we will offer you a credit towards another piece or refund your money.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit or refund will be issued. Any and all refunds will be for the price of the merchandise plus any taxes charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges).
If you received the wrong size, color or style, we will gladly exchange the product for free and pay the shipping charges.
Your online orders must be physically returned to GirlFlex, LLC within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Once the garment has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains, sweat, traces of dirt or pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with hang tags attached.
You are responsible for return postage and all shipping charges on returned merchandise. However, if you choose to do an exchange we will ship those items and any additional items, free (within the United States). This offer is extended once for each order with paid shipping.
We suggest that you ship your returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). Please make sure this number is visible on the outside of the package. Girlflex, LLC is not responsible for any lost returns.

Please indicate the garment you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return or exchange. Please include your order number in the email. Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
